We share information with our investor network when properties become available for funding. The investors have a limited time to review the analysis and commit to an investment amount. Upon close, each investor holds equity and receives investor returns on a periodic basis throughout each year. We may sell or refinance the property after 5-10 years, but the primary purpose is recurring annual cash flow.
