Jim's Total Body Fitness is a fitness studio that offers various health, wellness, fitness, and exercise classes for people of all ages. I am focused on helping you physically and mentally improve your fitness level and achieve your fitness goal(s). I am determined to help you get into the fitness level that you desire by offering small group fitness and exercise classes as well as one on one instructions and training. I feature a cardio room, strength and conditioning room, dance, and mind and body studios. I offer several classes that run throughout the day; there is always something to do.
