I am an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Women's Fitness Specialist & Senior Fitness Specialist.

I help women in their 50s lose stubborn fat, reduce chronic pain, improve their energy levels, and better manage chronic health conditions.

I train my clients virtually via Zoom, so your location doesn’t matter.

I offer Personal and Online Training.

I help my clients build a sustainable healthy lifestyle, that includes exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes, enabling them to not only reach their goals, but maintain them.

I want women in their 50s to be confident in their ability to reclaim their health.
